* **Market Integration:** Coaching must help students identify test customers and translate feedback into product development decisions to avoid detachment from market reality.
* **Structured Autonomy:** While students need the freedom to lead their projects, they require the "rhythm" of regular mentoring to set priorities and test assumptions.
* **Ecosystem Exposure:** Students must engage with external stakeholders—such as startup hubs and companies—to receive feedback from those outside the academic grading system.
* **Formal Recognition:** To scale, entrepreneurial activities like prototyping and market validation must be integrated into formal learning structures through credits or modules.

## Toward "European-Native" Startups
A European university alliance allows students to think beyond national markets from the beginning. By testing ideas across borders early, students develop a mindset where Europe is viewed as a natural starting environment rather than a later expansion market. This supports the emergence of "European-native" startups.
