# Developing Practices of e-counselling - Savonia AMK

> The two-year e-counseling/Ecco project concludes at the end of 2023, featuring international teacher exchanges and student collaborations in Hanoi.

## Project Overview
The two-year e-counseling/Ecco project will conclude at the end of 2023. The final international exchange for teachers took place at the Hanoi National University of Education, coinciding with the National Teacher’s Day.

## Student Involvement
During the exchange in Hanoi, three bachelor-level students from Savonia participated in the program:
*   **Viivi:** Three-month exchange.
*   **Emmi and Tanja:** Three-week exchange.

The students were tasked with developing micro-modules related to e-counselling as part of their learning activities.

## Collaboration and Development
The exchange included numerous collaborative meetings with university staff to develop and finalize the project's micro-modules and prepare for the final seminar. Discussions also focused on the future of the collaboration.

## Working Life Visits
The team visited several organizations to deepen collaboration with working life:

*   **Private Midori Center:** Provides day rehabilitation and collaborates with daycare and preschool. Methods include individual, group, and family support. The center is suitable for practical training for Bachelor’s degree students in social services and physiotherapy.
*   **Clever Hands Library:** A library designed for blind children based on early support and storytelling. The core philosophy is that parents are the primary supporters of their child’s rehabilitation. The center relies heavily on voluntary work. *   **Aloha School (Pham Rang City, Nihn Thuani region):** An outdoor kindergarten based on Reggio Emilia pedagogy, emphasizing child-centered thinking and experiential learning.
*   **Edurainbow:** A private rehabilitation service for children with special needs, providing individual rehabilitation programs scheduled after school.

## Acknowledgments
The exchange program was impactful, and the project team extends warm thanks to the lecturers at Hanoi National University of Education and the representatives from the visited organizations.
