# Renew your library loan in Savonia-Finna if you can’t do it in Tuudo

> Instructions for renewing library loans due to a technical issue in the Tuudo application.

In Tuudo’s June version update (2026.1.12), library loans renewing does not work. After the renewal, Tuudo shows an “Error could not renew loan” and there will be no new due date. In the older version, the loan renewal works.

Renew your loan by logging in to [Savonia-Finna](https://savonia.finna.fi/) or contacting the library.

Tuudo investigates the problem.
