# LoveZone - a Hot Start to Studying - Savonia AMK

Students from Savonia, the University of Eastern Finland, and Savo Vocational College gathered at Kuopio Market to celebrate the first-ever joint start of the academic year for the Savilahti campuses.

## The LoveZone Celebration
The LoveZone event started in Savilahti, where a cavalcade of over a thousand students walked to Kuopio Square. There, the Student Association Salkku, the Student Union of the University of Eastern Finland (ISYY), and the Student Union SAVOTTA officially opened the academic year. 

The hot afternoon culminated in a performance by Sexmane. The charismatic performer and his band made the square shake with the power of partying, marking a great start to the new academic year.
