# Direct Application, selection method: SAT - Savonia AMK

> Information regarding the direct application process for English-taught degree programmes at Savonia UAS using SAT scores for autumn 2026 entry.

## Application Period
* **Start Date:** 1 October 2025
* **End Date:** The application period ends once the group is full, or on 31 July 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Finnish time at the latest.

## Application Requirements
* **Application Limit:** It is possible to apply to only one degree programme with one application. If multiple applications are submitted, only the first one remains valid.
* **Application Fee:** Applicants from outside the EU, EEA, or Switzerland are required to pay an application fee.
* **Required Attachments:**
    * Copies of final certificates providing eligibility for Higher Education studies (unfinished degrees are not accepted).
    * A copy of an official ID or passport.

## Selection Process
* **Method:** Students are selected based on SAT test scores.
* **Processing:** Applications are considered once the applicant’s SAT score has been received from the College Board.
* **Results:** Student selection results are published continuously.

## Acceptance and Enrollment
* **Confirmation:** Study places must be confirmed within 7 days of acceptance.
* **Tuition Fees:** Students obligated to pay tuition fees will receive payment instructions upon acceptance. Fees must be paid in full within 14 days of acceptance.
* **Start Date:** Studies begin at the end of August 2026.
* **Registration:** Students must register as present or absent for the academic year by 31 August 2026, either in person on campus or via the Candour service.
