The student will study the history and development of marketing to be able to understand the current mind-set. The student will comprehend the entity of marketing and the variety of tools at use as well as acquire customer oriented attitude towards business. Furthermore, the student will learn the foundations of CRM and service marketing as well as the basis for eMarketing activities. |
