Objectives | The student understands the importance of maintenance and development work with human resources both from the company's and personnel's points of view. He or she identifies the different elements of human resource management and is able to understand the practical HRM procedures in the company. The student understands the principles of empowering leadership of the individuals and teams including motivation and interaction at the work place as well as teamwork principles. The student will learn how to work as a team and workplace member and team leader. |
