| Objectives | The student is able to - perform the most common computed tomography examinations and radiological procedures according to the process thinking principles - follow the principles of professional ethics - use electronic patient data systems and register medical data responsibly - guide, counsel and monitor patients of different ages and provide care for them during computed tomography examinations and radiological procedures - use iodinated contrast media and medications safely - choose the imaging technique used in computed tomography examinations and radiological procedures- - position the patient for computed tomography examinations - work according to the principles of radiation protection by taking both patient and work safety into account - evaluate the computed tomography images in view of the success of the examination - define the used technical quality assurance measurements and explain the importance of the results for computed tomography imaging - work as a good work community member - find further information on his or her professional field - assess his or her professional skills and competence |
