Objectives | The student -understands the importance of professional ethics and nursing identity in the nursing care and is able to assess his or her skills, competence and development in interactive situations -masters the essential required nursing actions and the diagnostic examinations in the assessment of nursing needs as part of multidisciplinary nursing -plans, implements and assesses nursing care for patients with internal medicine, cancer, endocrine and neurological diseases and masters documentation and is able to report by using the ISBAR method -explains the pharmacodynamics of the used medication and performs drug calculations accurately and masters the implementation of safe medication administration -masters assess the resource-oriented guidance and mentoring and psychosocial support provided to the patient and his or her family at different stages of the disease -applies and analyses evidence-based practice to nursing care and maintenance of health and functional ability -is able to work in multi-professional co-operation in the clinical pathway of an internal medicine, cancer, endocrine and neurological patient and develop evidence-based clinical nursing -masters ergonomically and aseptically correct ways to work and infection control in different nursing environments -assesses and develops his or her clinical nursing skills and competence -can write a CV and create infograph and video CV |
