Objectives | By completing the Project Management Tools course, a student will learn how to create a project schedule, and manage and control a project in an effective way using appropriate tools. |
Content | Basics about project management tools Using spreadsheet for scheduling How to schedule using MS Project: Gantt Chart, Baseline, Tracking, Resources and resource pool, Subproject, Customizing MS Project Gantt Chart Other software may be included |
Requirements | Assessment includes the student's entire learning process during the course. It focuses on checking what extent the student has acquired knowledge and skills in accordance with the course objectives. The student's attitude and motivation and attendance are also taken into account in the assessment. Exercises Re-exams and upgrading of the course only via general exams (re-sit exams). |
