# Savonia UAS library fees

> Savonia UAS Library fees, including overdue fines and charges for lost or damaged items.

## General Information
Savonia Library price list starting from 1.3.2026.

You can pay online in Savonia-Finna fees related to borrowing services. Lending is not allowed if you have unpaid charges for 10 € or more.

## Overdue Fines and Reservation Fees
These fees apply to both Savonia students and customers outside Savonia.

*   **Loans with a loan period of 3–28 days:** 0,40 € / loan / working day (Max 8 € / item)
*   **Reference collection:** 1 € / loan / day (Max 8 € / item)
*   **Uncollected reservation:** 1 € / item
*   **Shelf fetch service fee (when book is available at your own campus library):** 1 € / item
*   **Invoice fee:** 10 €

## Interlibrary Service
Uncollected items are invoiced according to the price list.

**Interlibrary service from Savonia:**
*   **UAS libraries:** free of charge
*   **Other libraries:** 10 €

## Replacement Charges
Lost, damaged, or items that are more than 30 days late must be paid.

*   **Standard replacement charge:** 50 €
*   **More expensive items:** Must be paid according to their actual acquisition price.

Replacement charges are not applied if the customer returns the invoiced item or provides a corresponding new item to replace the lost/damaged one.

## Debt Collection
Unpaid fees are subject to debt collection. Items subject to debt collection cannot be returned or paid to the library. Handling charges (6 € / item or max. 60 €) are added.
