## What will you learn?
*   **1st year:** You build a foundation in engineering studies, industrial management, mathematics, communication, digital tools and the principles of working in international study teams.
*   **2nd year:** You deepen your understanding of industrial processes, project work, value chains, data management, automation and business-oriented development in technology environments.
*   **3rd and 4th year:** During your third year, you deepen your expertise in advanced professional studies, practical projects and internship. During your fourth year, you apply your expertise and enhance understanding of industrial processes and operations. The capstone of the studies includes a bachelor’s thesis work connected to industrial and organisational development.

Through elective studies, you can tailor your Industrial Management degree towards themes that match your interests and career goals:

1.  **Energy technology:** Focus on sustainable energy systems, energy efficiency and industrial energy solutions. This path supports future roles in energy-intensive industries, sustainability projects and technological transformation.
2.  **Internet of Things:** Focus on connected devices, data-driven operations and smart industrial systems. This path prepares you to work with digitalisation, automation and intelligent industrial environments.

## Learn by doing
*   **Project-based learning:** You work on practical assignments and case studies that connect industrial management theory with real organisational and business challenges.
*   **Internship:** The 30 ECTS internship gives you an opportunity to apply your engineering and management skills in a professional working-life environment.
*   **Thesis and development work:** Your thesis develops your ability to analyse, solve and report practical development challenges in cooperation with working life or organisational partners.

## Programme Structure
The degree consists of 240 ECTS. One academic year corresponds to 60 ECTS (1600 hours of student workload). Study methods include contact lessons, distance and independent learning, e-learning, project work, and practical training.

*   Elective studies: 15 ECTS
*   Internship: 30 ECTS
*   Thesis: 15 ECTS
