| Objectives | Project Management provides with knowledge of the generally accepted project management areas. The student learns to apply common project management processes, methods and techniques. As a frame of reference is used the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). |
| Content | Theoretical frame: Project Management Body of Knowledge Project management principles Project life cycle: conception, definition, execution, closure Project scope, time and cost management Project quality management Project risk management Project execution and control Project organization Cesim Project simulation as teamwork Student has an opportunity to participate in the IPMA (International Project Management Association) Foundation Certificate exam without a fee. |
| Requirements | The course has common orientation and the simulation’s start classes. Guidance is given in the learning platform (Moodle). The closing seminar will end the course. |
