Name	From Idea to Business Concept

Objectives	Would you like to develop your business idea and turn thoughts into actions? This course proceeds from idea to business concept creation. It takes you to identification and verification of fundamental business assumptions. It´s also time to start work with customers in order to get feedback from them. You will learn to define benefit and value proposition for the customer, and profile your idea in relation to competitors. At the same time you will learn to concretize the idea into the form of a quick experiment or prototype, and validate it in real customer interaction.
Content	The work focuses on validating the idea with potential customers, and using feedback in further product development: - customer benefit and value proposition - profiling the concept - validation - agile experimentation and prototyping - developing the idea based on feedback
Requirements	Learning diary, final report and presentations / review Independent virtual and project work, workshops, visitors and reviews. It is also possible to complete the course virtually.

Prerequisites	Completion of the course "Business Opportunity Recognition" or equivalent knowledge and skills and stage of the business idea
