*   **Date:** 28.08.2025
* **Organization:** DigiCenter North Savo, Savonia Stage, TKI
* **Project:** ”Automaatio ja tekoäly tiedoksi” (AuToTIE)
* **Funding:** North Savo Regional Council
* **Authors:** Vasilii Fediukov, Premton Canamusa and Markku Kellomäki

## Technology Stack
*   **Camera:** Basler blaze-101 (Time-of-Flight)
*   **Robot:** Niryo NED2
*   **Programming Language:** Python

## Implementation Details
The Basler blaze-101 is a Time-of-Flight camera, meaning that the frames taken by the camera contain depth information. The height accuracy of the ToF camera is +/- 5 mm with a working range of 0.3 – 10 m.

The camera captures the workspace and detects objects within the space. A Python program was developed to establish communication between the ToF camera and the co-operating robot arm. Camera information regarding the height and position of the objects is sent to the cobot. Based on this data, the cobot picks up the stacked objects one by one and re-stacks them to a different location in the working area.
