| Description | The RDI functions of SMEs need to be activated. Accordingly, it is necessary to make the potential and service offering of the recently established Kuopio Water Cluster fully serve especially the renewal of the SME field and the development of competitiveness. In this context, it is also necessary to further sharpen the cluster's service offering and the cooperation interface into an entity that serves the needs of SMEs as efficiently as possible, taking into account the feedback collected from the companies and the companies' current needs. Cooperation between companies and especially the potential of possible locomotive companies also requires activation and active development of networks. With these measures, it is possible to increase concrete cooperation between operators and to measure the unique competitive advantage made possible by both cluster cooperation and locomotive company cooperation and create the conditions for the creation of a joint offer.
The goals of this project are: - Sharpening the Kuopio Water Cluster's service portfolio, especially in the SME field, by means of service design - Activation of RDI activities of SMEs and concretization of the added value formed by cluster cooperation for accelerated product development - Closer cooperation between companies, including activation of locomotive company cooperation and promotion of the formation of a joint offer based on it. |

Lisäksi hankkeen kohderyhmään kuuluvat Pohjois-Savossa toimivat muut klusterit (Kuopio Health, Kone- ja materia (KesTech), Bio- ja kiertotalous ja Energiaklusteri) ja näiden toiminnasta vastaavat TKl-organisaatiot, sekä vesialan keskeiset TKl-organisaatiot ja yritykset kansallisesti ja kansainvälisesti. |
