| Description | The M3DTech project aims to modernize medical education in Albania and Kosovo by integrating Virtual Reality Learning (VRL) into healthcare curricula. Traditional medical training faces challenges such as limited hands-on practice, high costs, and accessibility barriers, creating a gap between theory and practical skills.
M3DTech leverages immersive VR technology to offer risk-free, interactive training, improving skill acquisition and employability. The project focuses on: • Curriculum modernization with VR-based modules. • Developing high-quality VR content aligned with industry needs. • Establishing infrastructure and training faculty for VRL adoption. • Enhancing collaboration among universities, healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders. Aligned with Erasmus+ priorities, M3DTech fosters digital transformation, innovation, and inclusiveness in education. It improves accessibility, enabling students in remote areas to receive high-quality training. Additionally, VR reduces reliance on physical materials, supporting sustainability. By addressing labour market demands, M3DTech strengthens the link between education and industry, preparing a skilled healthcare workforce. |
