| Description | The MOTI project promotes multi-objective and knowledge-based forest management in Northern Savo. It increases forest owners’ awareness of climate-resilient and biodiversity-supporting forest and nature management and helps forest sector service providers develop new business models.
The project develops practical decision-support tools, organises webinars, workshops, networking events, pilots and forest dialogues, and strengthens cooperation between forest owners, professionals, service providers and stakeholders. The results support sustainable use of natural resources, biodiversity, climate resilience and regional development in Northern Savo. |
