DescriptionThe project's target groups are all higher education students and employers in Finland. The purpose of the project is to identify practices that promote good employability outcomes and establish them as part of the learning processes and student services of higher education institutions. The project outputs will include national support and background information to help create practices that promote good employability outcomes and their integration into learning processes and student services of higher education providers.

The project will create a national service for today's needs that will serve as a meeting space for students and
organisations offering vacancies or placements, including the necessary support functions. Using latest technology,
the service will offer employers a one-stop solution to reach all UAS students via a single service.
As part of the service, a course on job-hunting online will be developed to offer students information about all jobseeking channels and, specifically, about finding employment opportunities through social media. The course will be made available to all higher education institutions and delivered in two languages to offer customised job-seeking channels for non-Finnish-speaking students. The course will also support employability outcomes of different types of learners.
