Equality and equity

An equality and equity plan has been composed at Savonia to develop our community culture in accordance with Savonia’s values. The plan includes measures and responsible parties in line with the goals defined based on the mapping of the current situation, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The plan is divided into seven sections:

1. Promoting equality
2. Management and operational culture
3. Recruitment, orientation, salary and career development
4. Enabling and safe environment
5. Teaching and studying
6. Student guidance, study well-being and student selection
7. Influencing as student and employee.

The equality and equity plan has been updated in January 2024, and will be published in English soon.
