Accept the study place

Admitted students receive an offer of admission by email when the result has been published. Accept the offered study place by the date and time mentioned on the offer of admission. If you do not accept the study place by the given deadline, you will lose it.

Accept the offered study place through My Studyinfo service or via the link included in the email you received from Studyinfo. If you cannot accept the offer electronically, please contact Savonia UAS Admission Services (admissions@savonia.fi).

Accepting a study place is a binding choice, and you cannot cancel or change your choice later. When you accept a study place bindingly, all the other higher education study programmes you have applied to in the joint or separate applications will automatically be cancelled.

Note: If you are obligated to pay the tuition fee, you will receive instructions to pay the tuition fee with the acceptance letter.

The admission is conditional until Savonia UAS has verified all relevant certificates related to your application. If you fail to submit necessary documents by the set date you will lose your study place in Savonia UAS. All fees paid up until that point (tuition fees, registration fees, student union membership etc.) are non-refundable in case of intentional malpractice or giving false information.
