DescriptionThe goal of the Tarjoomo project is to create a new kind of network and an ecosystem that provides added value to businesses and other players in the Northern Savo area by promoting and supporting businesses' equal visibility for the consumer. During the project the network of health and wellbeing sector actors, together with project developers, models the structures, business models and co-operation guidelines. The aim of the project is also to investigate the possibilities for a common electronic service menu taking into account the national guidelines for the use of service databases. During the project, a new kind of service development model will be developed in co operation with the employee network to support the new service and product innovations.

During the project several themed co-creation workshops will be organized to create the basic model for Tarjoomo. In these workshops experts from different fields to lead the co-creation and networking. Also during the project two training session for needed topic are organized for the network and to experiments are done to test the Tarjoomo model. Savonia University of Applied Sciences supports this project with its know-how in service design, development and innovation as well as its possibilities of development of new services. The project will be implemented in genuine cooperation with the region's entrepreneurs.

As a result of this project, a new kind of collaborative entity is created, TARJOOMO, which combines service providers in the region and increases co-operation among the actors by supporting the companies get their products and services displayed on an equal basis and rules. As a result new kinds of service development model are developed. These new service development models will be a part of a larger regional innovation model such as health lab and living lab services.
