Objectives | The student forms a basic understanding of business and its role in the society: the meaning of entrepreneurship and the key characteristics of an entrepreneur. The student also understands the importance of a business plan and is familiar with its structure. The student is aware of the common business functions and their importance for business success. The student becomes oriented into the three alternative focus areas of specialisation during the second and third year of his/her studies. |
