| Objectives | My body. The student learns to work from the point of view of their own body and recognizes its anatomical and kinesiological laws. The basic technique of student dance is strengthened. |
| Content | During the course, the key elements and movement material of each dance genre (ballet 3 cr, jazz dance 3 cr, contemporary dance 3 cr, improvisation 1 cr) are worked on. Particular attention is paid to finding the right alignment and trajectories for the body. |
