Objectives | The student is able to • follow the principles of ergonomics and asepsis • perform a cariological oral health examination and prepare a preventive care plan • apply dental sealants • provide basic cariological care and use required instruments, devices and materials • document patient data • provide aesthetic dental care • perform cariological emergency procedures • perform caries preventive procedures (caries prophylaxis) • master the maintenance process of the instruments used |
Content | Cariological status, preventive cariological treatment plan, temporary filling, compomer filling, glass ionomer filling, teeth whitening and jewellery, fluoride and paste cleaning treatments, safe use and maintenance of instruments, devices and equipment needed in cariological oral health care |
