| Objectives | The student is able to • work as an responsible care team member and develop the team functions • assess and develop his or her work methods and practices • work in child health clinics and school health care • create a participatory care relationship to promote a client’s oral self-care • assess the effects of life situation and lifestyle on oral health • examine oral health care needs of individuals, families and communities and plan oral health care based on the assessment • perform periodontal and cariological treatments and assess the outcomes • assess the periodontal and cariological consultation and follow-up care needs • perform gnathological treatment • perform orthodontic treatment • explain oral surgical care |
