| Objectives | The student knows how to act in international work related situations demanding spoken and written skills in English. The student understands the importance of cross-cultural communication, knows how to adapt to different situations and their communication styles. The student has a good knowledge of different cultures and their ways. |
| Content | Multicultural team work, multicultural negotiations, hosting in multicultural settings, multicultural organizational communication, multicultural business communication. Contents play an important role with each topic but there is a heavy emphasis on language skills as well. |
| Requirements | The course consists of contact teaching with exercises and remote study with assignments. Regular (75%) and active attendance is required. The course is conducted in English. |
