Objectives	The clinical practise will be organised according to the personal learning plan. It contains work in hospitals, health clinics and centers and in various organisations or projects related to nursing. The student nurse can work closely with the nurse, who is the expert in the clinic. He/she develops self-confidence, improves decision making skills, and learns new clinical skills under the guidance of the mentor.
