| Description | The objective of the Pohjois-Savon AI -Hub -concept is to create an efficient operating model for North-Savo region to promote the introduction and use of new (disruptive) technologies. We focus especially on enlarging the availability of multifaceted data and to intelligent utilization of the data. At this point, the thematic emphasis is on the use of data in healthcare, promoting especially SMEs.
The objective of the regional AI-Hub concept is to create an efficient operating model for Jyväskylä-Kuopio axis to promote the introduction of new (disruptive) technologies. Included are the University Eastern Finland and Savonia University of Applied Sciences. From the point of view of research and education, the goal is also to create the required skills and competences and the necessary partnership networks. The starting point for planning are needs of the businesses. From the start of the project, the region's ability to utilize AI technology will be strengthened by inviting companies to occasions where new opportunities for AI will be presented and new applications will be explored. The action will be based on the starting point for national utilization and international competitiveness of the chosen profile / theme. |
