| Description | Wild Food Savo
The aim of Wild Food Savo project is to promote the gathering and the use of natural products in Northern Savo Region. The project creates the network of people gathering natural products and promotes the establishing of collecting points for the products. The special natural product theme days are organized in the hotel and catering colleges. Savonia University of Applied Sciences has the main responsibility of Wild Food Savo project companioned with Ylä-Savo Vocational College. The financing comes from the the Rural Development Programme for Mainland Finland |
