Alumniforum & Master Conference

Welcome to the Savonia Alumni Forum & Master Conference! Organized by Savonia University of Applied Sciences, this unique event offers an excellent opportunity for all Savonia graduates (alumni) and current YAMK (Master’s) students to reconnect with classmates, learn about the latest developments in their field, and network with experts from both their own and other industries.

The event will continue with an evening gathering, featuring a buffet dinner, live music, and mingling. Bar & Cafe Savotta will be open for drinks throughout the evening.

12.00 – 12.45 Registration for the attendees on Campus at Novapolis Lobby A

12.45 Welcome, the opening of the event, Director of Continuous Learning Riitta Turjamaa

13.00 – 14.00 Key note speech: Sointu Borg, Economist & Diili-winner (in Finnish)

14.00 – 14.30 Keynote speech: Johanna Pantsar, Personal Development coach and CEO, Bestla Consulting Oy (in English), classroom MIC-B5018

14.30-15.00 Coffee in the “Kampussydän” in Savonia

15.15 – 17.00 Topic-specific workshops (one workshop in english)

17.00 – 18.30 Break, chance to go to your hotel or mingle at Bar & Café Savotta

18.30 – 21.00 Evening Event
Dinner (40e), live music and spending time together

To participate in the Evening event, a dinnercard must be purchased. You can buy the dinnercard from this link by 24.3.2025.

Drinks (including alcoholic beverages) can be bought from Bar & Café Savotta. Save a copy of the dinnercard receipt and be prepared to show it during the evening event.
