Joint Orientations of Autumn 2026 and Spring 2027: August 27 – 28 and January 5 & 7
Savonia arranges the joint orientation for the new incoming exchange students in the beginning of the semesters: For the academic year 2026/27 the joint orientations are taking place on August 27 – 28 (autumn semester 2026) and January 5 and 7 (spring 2027).
The orientation contains a lot of useful information related to both practical and academic aspects of your stay and is planned to help you to cope with the flow of new information: You will get to know Savonia, practicalities and of course the other exchange students from different study fields and the student tutors. During the orientation you will also be instructed to make the course enrollments. The joint orientation will be organized on Microkatu Campus. We highly recommend that everyone participates in the orientation!
Each study field/School at Savonia has an International Coordinator who helps international exchange students in their study related issues such as Learning Agreements. You will meet the international coordinators during the joint orientation, along with the student tutors who will be helping you especially at the beginning of your stay. The student tutors will meet you for the first time when you arrive the campus and they are valuable sources of information in questions related to student life at Savonia.
