International partners and networks

International partnership collaboration at Savonia is based on either bilateral agreements or networking. Aim of these partnerships is to increase and strengthen the collaboration in order to enable student and teacher mobility as well as develop the R&D activities.

Networks

Savonia is a partner in a EU4DUAL alliance, (European Dual Studies University alliance). Savonia UAS is also a member of thematics networks of Human Security Europe, UArctic, CDIO and Florence. Savonia carries out Nordic-Baltic mobility activities within several Nordplus networks.

Bilateral partnerships

Savonia has some 200 Erasmus agreements with European universities. Savonia has signed a bilateral partnership or a Memorandum of Understanding with the following universities or organisations:
