Timetable and application process
Additional Direct Application in China
- Additional Direct Application opens on 17 April 2024 at 9.00 AM (Finnish time) and closes on 24 April 2024 at 3.00 PM (Finnish time).
- Fill in the application form by 24 April at 3.00 PM (Finnish time) at the latest.
- You can apply to one degree programme:
- Bachelor of Business Administration, International Business (5 study places)
- Bachelor of Hospitality Management (10 study places)
- Bachelor of Engineering, Industrial Management (5 study places)
- Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (10 study places)
- Bachelor of Engineering, Information Technology (Internet of Things) (5 study places)
- Required attachments must be uploaded to the application form before the application form can be sent:
- copies of final certificates
- copies of official translations of your certificates, if they are not in English, Finnish or Swedish
- copy of official and valid passport / ID-card
- Student selection is based on personal interview, in which the applicant’s motivation and the English language skills are evaluated.
- Interviews will be organized on 19 – 20 May only in Shanghai, China. It is not possible to organize the interview in any other location or online.
- Applications will be processed after the application period has ended. An applicant is eligible to the next step of the process, the personal interview, if she/he
- has the eligibility to apply in the Direct application
- has uploaded a copy of an official and valid passport / ID-card on the application form
- The results of the student selection will be published by 7 June 2024.
- Admitted students must confirm their study place within 7 days of being accepted as student.
- If the student is obligated to pay the tuition fee, the deadline for paying it is within 14 days of being accepted as student.
- Studies will begin in the end of August 2024.
