From Diploma to Master’s, the Smart Way

Advance your career through a clearly structured academic pathway from a post-graduate diploma to a Master’s degree at Savonia. Build the knowledge, confidence, and professional profile needed for senior and managerial roles.

Application deadline is 15 April 2026

Savonia’s post-graduate diploma programmes are designed for professionals who want to strengthen their academic profile, leadership skills, and career prospects. The programme allows you to complete a 60 ECTS Diploma and then progress to a Master’s degree with an additional 30 ECTS.

Students study on campus in Finland and benefit from interactive teaching, applied projects, and close guidance from experienced faculty. The learning approach emphasises strategic thinking, communication as an expert, ethical leadership, and the smart use of digital tools in business. Alongside academic development, students gain valuable international exposure, cross-cultural competence, and insight into Nordic work culture — all of which are highly valued by employers in South Asia and beyond.

These diplomas serve as a stepping stone toward a full Master’s degree, with continuous academic guidance and counselling provided throughout the study period.
