Objectives	Student understand the Agile Leadership and understand Agile Leadership basic methods. The student learns to apply Agile Leadership and Agile thinking from daily management to the strategic management. The student will learn why agile leadership is central to effective leadership in today’s era of constant change. The student earns to challenge his/her own leadership abilities in order to improve.
Content	Student understand the Agile Leadership as a concept, and he/she can apply the methods of working-life. Student understand what Agile mindset is and how it can affect to the organization, how results are measured and how to inspire other to a new way of working.
Requirements	Organized as a web-based course. Assignments.
