Content	Essential social and health care services and related legislation. The basis of a welfare society and the roles of a client and a professional. Data protection and security as well as digitalization of social and health care services. Voluntary intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship in social and health care. The development of people-oriented social and health care services through service design.
