|Objectives||A student learns about teams – types of teams, the lifecycle of teams, what makes high performing teams. She/he gets familiar with how to be an effective team member – commitment, team roles, leadership, communication and the systems and processes for building high-performance teams. She/he understands and can resolve team conflict and dysfunction.|
A student understands the basic elements of a well-functioning work community and the importance of superior work for the success of the work community. He/she is also familiar with leadership skills and techniques such as interpersonal skills and communication, acquisition and management of information, problem-solving and decision-making. The student also strengthens his/her self-image and time management skills.

|Requirements||Assessment includes a student's entire learning process during the course. It focuses on checking what extent a student has acquired knowledge and skills in accordance with the course objectives. A student's attitude and motivation and attendance are also taken into account in the assessment.|

Re-exams and upgrading of the course only via general exams (re-sit exams) that consist of the literature questions.
