| Objectives | Do you have an idea for business, which you would like to explore of? This course introduces you to the first steps of developing business idea. It will make you familiar with the elements of profitable ideas: desirability, feasibility and viability. During the course you will learn to collect customer and market information, evaluate the quality of your idea and explore alternatives for the implementation. You will also learn to present your product or service idea briefly and concisely. |
| Content | The work covers the initial stages of the commercialization process, where the customer need is identified and a solution idea is developed: - collection and analysis of customer and market information - developing a solution idea to meet customer's needs - feasibility study - presentation (pitching) - documentation |
| Requirements | Learning diary, final report and presentations / review Independent virtual and project work, workshops, visitors and reviews. It is also possible to complete the course virtually. |
